Although Sprint Gas Racing has made the decision to sell its licences the website will remain open for a period of time for the benefit of its race fans.

Greg Murphy Racing will continue to post updates in 2010 and when the time comes to close it urges everyone to keep in touch with their future plans through its website www.gregmurphyracing.com or through www.murph.co.nz for Greg Murphy news.

Murph’s website has a forum and we invite everyone to join in discussions.

Greg Murphy Racing will run the 2009 cars driven by Greg Murphy and Jason Bargwanna in next year’s Fujitsu V8 Supercar Development Series and run a number of Porsches in Porsche Cup and the Australian GT Championship.

They also have a number of other special projects that will come to life in 2010.

Several of the staff currently employed by Sprint Gas Racing have accepted offers to work for Greg Murphy Racing.

Currently based at Braeside, in Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs, Greg Murphy Racing will take over the Sprint Gas Racing workshop in Dandenong, Victoria.

The team will have its own in-house engine shop, dyno and manufacturing facilities and will continue to use these for the benefit of the Greg Murphy Racing programme in 2010.
